30-Day Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
EU Withdrawal Right
EU customers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Original Condition
Items must be unused, unmounted, and returned in original packaging.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
1. Overview
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unmounted, and sent back in their original condition and packaging.
This policy applies in addition to any mandatory consumer rights in your country. EU customers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.
2. Return Window
Standard returns
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
EU right of withdrawal
EU customers have the right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
For eligible EU withdrawals, we will reimburse the item price and the cost of the least expensive standard shipping method, as required by law.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or we made an error.
3. Eligibility and Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unmounted
- Returned in its original packaging
- Returned with all accessories, inserts, and included materials
We may deduct from the refund if the item has lost value because it was handled beyond what was necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and condition.
We may also deduct from the refund if the item arrives damaged because it was not packaged securely for return shipping.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items made to your specification
- Digital downloads once delivered
- Gift cards
- Final-sale items, where clearly marked at purchase
5. How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at artifex.replicas@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization, also called an RMA, and return instructions.
Returns sent without an RMA may be delayed.
6. Return Shipping
Please pack the item securely in the original tube, mailer, or packaging to help prevent damage during return shipping.
Unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or we made an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Original shipping fees are refunded only where required by law, including eligible EU withdrawals where the least expensive standard shipping cost is reimbursed.
Expedited shipping, upgraded shipping, or additional delivery services selected at checkout cannot be refunded.
8. Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.
We will reserve the replacement item once we receive your return, or we will offer other options if the item is unavailable.
The customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or we made an error.
9. Damaged on Arrival or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at artifex.replicas@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A short explanation of the issue
This helps us review the problem and resolve it faster.
10. Parcels Returned to Sender
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we can reship it once it returns to us in sellable condition.
The customer is responsible for reshipping costs in these cases.
11. Proof of Purchase
A receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase is required for all returns, refunds, and exchanges.
