1) Overview
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. This policy applies in addition to any mandatory consumer rights in your country. EU customers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.
2) Return window

Standard returns: 30 days from the delivery date.

EU right of withdrawal: 14 days from delivery to cancel without giving a reason. We will reimburse the item price and the cost of the least-expensive standard shipping method, as required by law. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
3) Eligibility and condition
To be eligible, items must be unused, unmounted, and returned in original packaging with all accessories and inserts. We may deduct for loss in value if the item is handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if it arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging.

4) How to start a return
Email us at artifex.replicas@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns without an RMA may be delayed.
5) Return shipping
Pack the item securely in the original tube or mailer to prevent damage. Unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
6) Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping fees are refunded only where required by law, including EU withdrawals where the least-expensive standard shipping cost is reimbursed.

We cannot refund expedited or additional delivery services selected at checkout.
7) Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, contact us before sending the item. We will reserve the replacement item once we receive your return or provide options if the item is unavailable. You will have to pay the shipping costs.
8) Items damaged on arrival or incorrect items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item.
9) Parcels returned to sender
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we can reship after payment of reshipping costs once the parcel returns to us in sellable condition.
10) Proof of purchase
A receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
